SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Sabriyo website at sabriyo.com and all associated free tools, including the Free Invoice Generator (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

You may use the Sabriyo website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its underlying systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest content without permission
• Interfere with the performance or availability of the website
• Use the website in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law

The Free Invoice Generator is a browser-based utility provided free of charge, as-is, for personal and commercial use. By using it, you agree that:

• You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you enter, including names, amounts, and payment details
• You will only generate invoices for legitimate business transactions
• You will not use the tool to create fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive invoices
• You will not impersonate another individual or business
• You are solely responsible for compliance with any tax, legal, or regulatory requirements applicable to your invoices

The tool processes all data locally in your browser. Nothing you enter is stored on our servers. All invoice data is lost when you close or clear your browser unless saved to your device. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from browser closure, device failure, or clearing of local storage.

Future versions of the tool may offer optional features powered by Google services, including Google Sign-In (SSO) and Gmail integration. If and when such features are available, additional terms will apply.

You will always be able to use the core invoice generation and PDF download features without connecting any Google account. Any Google API usage will comply with Google's API Terms of Service and User Data Policy.

All content on the Sabriyo website, including text, design, graphics, code, and logos, is owned by Sabriyo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

The invoices you generate using the Free Invoice Generator are entirely your own. We claim no ownership over documents you create.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Invoices generated will meet any specific legal, accounting, or regulatory standard
• Any errors in the Services will be corrected

You should verify all invoice content before using it in any business or legal context.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sabriyo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including:

• Errors in generated invoices
• Loss of invoice data due to browser or device issues
• Any disputes arising from invoices you send
• Business losses or missed payments resulting from use or non-use of the tool

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
